A way to solve this is by sharing the printer on the network.
Another way is to add a device called a printer server. Printer servers come in many models and can be used with USB or parallel ports. They allow the printer to become part of the network and you can print from anywhere. This type of configuration is included in our plans; all you would have to buy would be the printer server.
